Network Marketing or Multilevel Marketing has changed! Network Marketing has evolved! It is improving every day! And the first thing to change will be the 97% failure rate. Because the old school outdated methods of recruiting people into your Network Marketing business are slowly being replaced by the new age of MLM which is marketing your business online.

I’m not saying this is a fait accompli! It’s actually a ‘work in progress’ that has started and will build up over the next few years. Failing MLM business owners are coming online each day to search for the answers to their problems! And what they will find once they look hard enough will be a revelation to them, and the turning point of their Network Marketing business.

They will discover that it is possible to rapidly build their business online. Reps sign up far more people online, much faster than they do offline! And they receive more money. And that percentage will begin to fall.

That doesn’t mean there won’t be failures. Not everyone will want to work online, and not everyone will put in the effort it requires. Because there is a learning curve. When I first came online, I had no idea what most people were talking about! What is a capture page, backlinks or an autoresponder?? Sounds like a foreign language! However, now a few months on, it is all clear and I’m having fun and learning heaps!

The actual Network Marketing companies will have to embrace these changes as well. Because anyone who begins to market their business online is going to want to be able to sign up reps online. They are going to want capture pages to get peoples name and email or phone details. And they will want a good company page which tells their prospect all about your business opportunity for them.

Because there are now people who are signing up to a Network Marketing company online without ever having spoken to a distributor! And any company who does not have a website up and running to recruit someone without them speaking to a rep, is going to be missing out big time! Because if someone is determined to find an MLM company today, they will go to one they can find online.

Of course the ‘recruit your family and friends’ brigade are still working hard. But eventually, as those of us who work online get out and about in our communities, we will help and educate those who use these old methods, and more and more people will come online to market their business.

Network Marketing will always be done to a certain extent offline, but I feel that once we get to a certain level of off and online, Network Marketing will explode! Even during the 6 years I have been in Network Marketing, it has changed alot. It is now a much more recognised way of making money. Because of the influx of high ranking entrepreneurs starting their own MLM or joining one, people who would never have considered joining an MLM are thinking twice!

MLM Home Business: Am I The Right Sort Of Person?

Most people who are sponsored into an MLM Home Business fail! Actually, the majority of them (around 97%) will fail to make any sort of income! That is a very high percentage and hopefully over the next few years, this figure will come down considerably because of the internet.

So why do so many fail? The biggest problem to my mind is that when you learn Network Markeitng offline, you are taught to recruit anyone into your business. Unfortunately this means that lots of people who should never own their own business but get excited at the prospect suddenly find themselves in business.

Most people are content with working in a job, without all the responsibilities that running your own business entails. It may be that they love their job or it may be that they don’t, but the bottom line is they would not be prepared to give up regular pay checks. And to these people, having an MLM Home Business would be way too far from what they find comfortable.

The people who I consider to be likely to make it in MLM would be those with a passion to succeed. The ones who are searching for something more in their life. They need to want more out of life than they are getting and to be prepared to put in the effort to get it. Not just money! Although that is always good!

They must have a reason WHY they want to get involved that is so BIG, that nothing will stop them from achieving the results they want.

They need to be determined. Network Marketing is full of ups and downs. Everytime you are knocked down, you need to be able to jump back up again. You see MLM is full of highs and lows.

Persistence is also something you need in Network Marketing. Because results do not come thick and fast when you first start in your MLM Home Business. You need to go through a learning curve first, and then you need to work your business until you build momentum; only then will you start to see real results.

Mindset is also very important in your MLM Home Business. You need to be clear and focused on your goals. You need to discipline yourself to work on your business everyday. And you need to be prepared to realise when you are procrastinating and push yourself over the next hurdle. There will be no stopping you if you keep the correct mindset!

And the last thing is ‘don’t give up’! Don’t give up until you achieve your dreams. Rise above those who try to take your dreams away. Just do it and prove them wrong.

Have a vision. Picture it in your mind. Imagine you have already reached it. What do you see? What are you doing? If you can see it clearly in your mind, your mind will work towards achieving it.

The newbie feels that they know this person quite well. Today I would like to write about conquering your fears as it comes to prospecting your leads.

If you are undertaken to succeed in Network Marketing you have to understand a few rudimentary skills to launch making things occur in your business. You ought to be able to generate leads and you have to be able to converse with those leads at what time you make contact with them.
